It's hard to tell if this happy Irish gentleman is dancing a jig or hanging onto the lamppost due to excessive celebration! The base is decorated with lucky shamrocks and there is a four leaf clover hidden inside. The box is marked Peint Main, Limoges France and is signed by the artist. Approximate size is 2 x 1¾ x 3¼ inches.
