Maybe they are trying to see over the trees? Whatever the reason, these turtles are stacked up in a big pile, with the big yellow turtle on the bottom, a medium sized brown turtle in the middle and the baby green turtle on top! The clasp is a little turtle and there is a small snail painted inside. The box is marked Artoria Peint Main, Limoges France and is signed and numbered by the artist. Approximate size is 2 x 2½ inches.
