Chamart Gold Butterfly Limoges Box

What a great butterfly box! It is painted in gold with lovely soft accents in colors of peach, pinks, blues and teal green. The body of the butterfly is red and she has two tiny red eyes. A dotted white line is painted across her neck. Almost as if this lucky butterfly is wearing a pearl necklace! The magic continues underneath with gold edging and tiny red dots. The clasps are tiny flowers and each wing opens to reveal a golf leaf painted inside. The box is marked Chamart Peint Main, Limoges France. Approximate size is 3 x 2¼ inches.
