Welcome to the GroundStrike Collectibles Newsletter. This
abbreviated issue will be unusual, and I hope you'll bear with us as we
try to work out the bugs... As always, an email removal link is included
at the bottom of this note if you'd prefer not to receive our email.
I've had a lot of
feedback from our last newsletter, and I appreciate all of it.
Most of the feedback had to do with my newsletter policy, and the fact
that we've had some sales and introduced new boxes to our website but
did not send newsletters to announce them. My feeling is that I
want our newsletter to be NEWS and not just advertisement SPAM.
However, I recognize that we have a duty to our regular customers to
ensure they're the first to know about sales and new boxes.
So, beginning
immediately, we now have TWO mailing lists... the original Newsletter
list (which you are on if you received this email), and a new
Flash!
mailing list. The
Flash!
will be sent more often than the Newsletter, whenever we have a special
sale or discount offer, or a group of new boxes to announce. The
Newsletter will continue to come out about once every two to three
months.
The
Flash!
mailing list is totally "opt-in" - that means you will have to
subscribe to it if you want to receive
it. You also can go to our Mailing List web page at:

to subscribe or
unsubscribe from our Newsletter or
Flash!
mailing lists. We're going to try to use "HTML email" to
make the
Flash! look nice and easy to use... but I know some of our
customers may have difficulty with this, as your email program may not
display it properly. If this is the case for you, please reply to
this note and let me know so I can fix it.
So, here's our first
attempt at the
Flash!
I welcome your suggestions on how to improve it, and
remember, you won't get this again unless you request it. I'll
send out our regular Newsletter in September.
