I need to start with a couple of important announcements about our GroundStrike website:
* First, our outgoing email is being flagged as "spam" by a number of service providers, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Verizon. If you place an order with us, PLEASE check your "spam"
folders for any communications from us, like the automatic order confirmation email. If it is possible in your mail reader, please "whitelist" our email address: shop@groundstrike.com
* Second, we have changed our primary order option to be: order online, then phone our secure voicemail with your credit card information. This is due to an abundance
of caution over our secure online order form being flagged by some browsers as outdated. It is the same secure system we have used without any failures for 18 years, but for our customer's
peace of mind, we have temporarily disabled it. We will install an updated system in January after the holiday rush slows down. I apologize for this inconvenience! Please be
assured that our voicemail IS secure.
The Limoges boxes pictured above are some of our most popular Christmas boxes - but note that the Artoria boxes are in very limited supply. That is because they have already sold out of many
of their popular boxes, and their restocking usually occurs in late January. If you are interested in an Artoria Limoges box, please don't hesitate because they are retiring many of their
designs as they go out of stock. I have labeled the boxes above that are in limited quantity, for now or forever.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
For delivery by Christmas, please consider ordering as early as you can. See our Delivery by Christmas web page for
shipping guidelines. Boxes from Artoria that are marked "Ships via UPS Only"
are shipped directly from New York via UPS Ground for the "Free Shipping" option, or by UPS 3 Day Select for the "Priority Mail" option - Express shipping is not available for these. Boxes marked "Express Delivery Available" are already in stock in Austin (but in very limited
quantities).
PERSONALIZED LIMOGES BOXES
Personalizing a Limoges box makes it a unique gift! If you're considering personalized Limoges boxes for Christmas, factor
in the average 7 days that it may take to get them
back from the printer before we can ship them. We suggest that all orders for personalized boxes be placed by December 14 at the latest.
